This is the worst dealership I ever deal with period! I bought cars from out of state all the time. Never had someone agreed on the price with you. Let you get your finance done. Hold you up for few days I bought cars from out of state all the time. Never had someone agreed on the price with you. Let you get your finance done. Hold you up for few days telling you they're doing inspection on it. You had to find it out in a hard way. They already sold the car to someone else while the whole time you keeping texting and calling them asking for the status of the transaction. I was gonna spend $70,000 on that car and they treat me like a junk. Mr. Harrison if you are reading this. You might consider re-range your manager team. I would never expecting being treated like this from a MB dealer. This is some buy here pay here action. More

They try to get you caught up in their bureaucracy, saying the "engineer" says your car is fine, but yet they agree it's not..... Then they block you from communicating through email. Called MBUSA and completed a service survey, they won't even call you back.... SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.... Spent 87K on a top of the line S Class....and this is what you get....ignored..... More

Noticed a warning light on a test drive, so I paid out of pocket for a PPI, which uncovered the need for brakes and a battery. Dealer assured me that I would qualify for the loyalty accelerator program when I turned in my lease, even after I purchased my car. Great Experience Every Time RBM is a great dealership to buy and maintain a vehicle. Erick Koenigsberg is the best representative I have ever purchased a car with. Wow... we used to be Atlanta Classic Cars customers and after buying a very expensive car and being thoroughly disgusted with their service department we decided to switch over to RBM from a TrustDale reco after buying a very expensive car and being thoroughly disgusted with their service department we decided to switch over to RBM from a TrustDale recommendation. Jerry Peek (sales representative) and Robert (Sales Manager) were very professional and great to work with. They went out of their way to make a deal happen on a 2012 ML350... a car they didnt even have on the lot. They were even willing to honor a TrustDale coupon voucher AFTER the deal had already been negotiated. Not only will we get our new car serviced by them, but I will continue getting our '09 S550 serviced by them as well. After the first service experience with them this past week, i am bewildered at the world of difference between my experience at an uncaring and nickeling and diming service center and RBM's super professional, hospitable service center. James was very professional in getting a laundry list of things taken care of for me all the while keeping me updated on the status while being provided a very nice loaner vehicle. Their prices were very very very competitive as I had done my comparison shopping before going in to pick up the vehicle, so they are certainly not out to break the bank. In addition, the service manager was more than accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. I am very satisfied and very happy that I have switched over to a family-atmosphere dealership that seems to care about us rather than treating us like a number. Take it from someone who is willing to drive an hour... this is a dealership of genuine excellence! More

This dealership is in a class by itself. I have been a LOYAL customer for 5 yrs. and cannot see myself purchasing anywhere else. The moment you enter the facility, there is nothing but kindness.
