I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jessika in the sales dept!! They did everything went strait to work and had me approved fast with no hassle!! While my car was in service (oil change and new rims) I was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving o was brought a rental which had a flat tire when it was pulled up front. The second rental brought to me had a flat within a couple hours of driving off the premises. I didn’t hit anything and called the service manager to express my concerns that this tire may have also been damaged prior to leaving the lot. I patched the tire and retuned it. They said I should have inspected the tires prior to leaving and my honesty would result in a 200 + bill. I would imagine this would have been difficult for any customer to inspect without the car being lifted. I also doubt they would have noticed if I hadn’t mentioned it since They had no inspection paperwork to share with me where their team inspected the car prior to handing off to me. All that was done was a quick walk around. It took the service manager several days to respond and when I expressed how his response would challenge future business with Tom Gill including the new car I was buying and upcoming paint job etc. (not to mention I just purchased a brand new blazer from them) I never received another response from anyone on their team after I sent this message. I then messaged the sales team letting them know I would no longer move forward with future purchase. The service manager still has not responded More

Service dept managers went above and beyond to address maintenance techs mistakes and lack of attention to detail. I appreciated the effort and willingness to admit mistakes were made and the corrective maintenance techs mistakes and lack of attention to detail. Service department was very professional and communicative! Their friendliness and overall demeanor says a lot about the quality of their service and hiring practices. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at any dealership. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles from others dealers before buying a truck in February of 2024 from Tom Gill. I have never had a any dealership. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles from others dealers before buying a truck in February of 2024 from Tom Gill. I have never had a particularly horrible experience but I have never had anyone come close to the customer satisfaction that I had at Tom Gill. From Tyler Earls and his team on the sales floor to Elizabeth Wuest and her team in the service department, they were amazing. I cannot thank them enough and I will only be going to Tom Gill from now on. More

Do not recommend buying from them! !! I bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. It had 30k miles on it and 1 previous owner. I have gotten all required maintenance including prem !! I bought my Ford Expedition from them last year. It had 30k miles on it and 1 previous owner. I have gotten all required maintenance including premium oil changes as needed. my transmission went out last week and needs replaced. We have the lifetime powertrain warrant through Tom Gill and they said it’s covered. We were 192 miles over on ONE oil change and they just called to say they won’t cover it and I’m basically screwed. I call Ford and ask about the manufacture warranty because I’m right at 60k miles and they tell me that there was a 100k mile warranty purchased on my car by the previous owner and should have been transferred by Tom Gill when I bought it!!! It would cover the transmission but it’s voided because Tom Gill associates did not transfer it to us or even mention it! Get this, no one will call us back after requesting to speak with Tom Gill and countless voicemails and transferred calls have been made with no response. They still have my car after TWO+ weeks!! They are not in it for the customer care, that’s for sure. No one there has any compassion either. Consider this your warning. So hopefully they can take 5 minutes out of their day to respond to this? More

Works not help all hw did was print a form and read it to me he told me was going to call himself to see when I could get my car into a hyundai dealership since it was a extended warranty thur them of course me he told me was going to call himself to see when I could get my car into a hyundai dealership since it was a extended warranty thur them of course the hyundai can't get me til Jan they told me it wasn't extended my car is only 2018 has a oil leak I have a lifetime power tram warrthur Tom gil I have only had thus car for 14 months was told to basically deal with a lemon car get oil and put it in every 300 to 500 miles More
