It was very low press My wife and I had an amazing experience at Jim Browne Dodge in DadeCity. We worked with Joe Moran who was great to work with. It was very low pressure, no surprises, hands down one of our best experiences purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a Dodge Charger which Joe allowed us to drive for two days to make sure it was the right car for us. Our schedule changed several times during those days and Joe was very accommodating. Unprofessional and Poor customer service My experience with this dealership has been xxxxty since day one. We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership beca My experience with this dealership has been xxxxty since day one. We purchased our "new to us" vehicle in November 2015 and chose this dealership because of its location to our home and coverage with our insurance. Recently our AC went out in our vehicle and when we took it in they stated they could not find a problem with it and that it needed freon. Less than 300 miles later the AC went out again so apparently there was a problem. We took the vehicle back in to be told almost 2 days later that there was a leak and that it would take 3-5 days to get the part in and fix it, we were given a rental car in the mean time. While my vehicle sat at the dealership a 12+ inch crack appeared in the front windshield. I am now being told by the General Manager Dale that while the problem occurred during my vehicles time at the dealership I am responsible for fixing it. I understand that I live in Florida and 1 windshield per year is free when filing a claim to our insurance company, I feel it is not my insurance companies problem to fix and here's why. I did not have possession of the vehicle at the time the crack occurred. When my vehicle was dropped off at this dealership there was nothing wrong with the windshield and the technician who checked it in has stated there was no crack at the time of drop off. While speaking with Dale I have gotten no where except being told this was my problem and now he has hung up on my husband and other managers have been extremely rude. This dealership is unbelievable and they conduct business unprofessionally. This dealership needs to fix my windshield before I will pick up my vehicle. More
