By Far The Best Car Buying Experience From the moment we walked into the dealership, till the time we drove our brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 off the lot, our experience was amazing! My fiancé and I were greeted by Robbie Mendola as soon as we walked into the show room. Robbie was very professional, but at the same personable and made the whole experience as simple and easy as you would want and expect! After we expressed what I wanted, he was quick to point out the best choices from the great selection of new cars. Robbie didn't hound us or push us in any direction, rather he took what I had mentioned and pointed us is several directions from the Limited models to the S sport models and everything in between. Once I and my fiancé found the one that was the best fit for us, Robbie took us back to showroom to get us into the car that we wanted! The rest of the staff were quick to help us, and it didn't take hours to have the keys in our hands, we were in and out smooth and fast, on our way home with our brand new car! My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it isn't going to take long for us to return to Jim Browne's Dade City location to purchase another vehicle! We want to thank everyone involved in our amazing experience starting with Robbie Mendola. Dale Allison who was apart of the sale from start to finish even though they had a full showroom full of customers. TJ Pinta who was great to pass time with conversation while we waited for all the paper work to be finished. Duncan and Kevin for making all the paper work simple and easy! Aaron Skinner is the man you wanna buy a vehicle from!!! I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this is the 1st non GM vehicle I have bought in many years. This was by far, the best car buying ex I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this is the 1st non GM vehicle I have bought in many years. This was by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Aaron Skinner was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles he sells and was very helpful getting me comfortable in my new vehicle. He made me feel like I have known him my whole life. He seemed to genuinely care about me as well as my family. He should also make a side career as a stand up comedian as he had me laughing and having a great time the whole time I was there. Mr. Dale Allison from the moment I spoke with him I knew that he was a RARITY. Mr. Kevin Ledoux was unique to say the least in his financial technique for the FIRST time in many years of transactions it was a pleasure. Mr. Cusker was there for us from BEGINNING to END even bringing out the Service Manager Mr.Agrue to get acquainted with, this for myself had NEVER been done with a dealership in the past. It is OBVIOUS that Mr. Dale Allison is a TRIED and TRUE leader. GREAT atmosphere throughout the dealership of UNITY and RESPECT from the one's we dealt with. I had an awesome salesman that was very patient and caring. Working with Chris on this deal was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and the payments that we could afford and he went to work. This guy worked on getting my deal together for 3 days keeping me informed the whole time. I'm the end we ended up getting exactly what we were looking for and the overall experience was just amazing. The sales staff and general manager Dale were just absolutely easy to work with. Never had I ever had an experience like this buying a car. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a new car go and see these guys. You will not be disappointed ever again. More
