Stopped by the dealership a couple of days ago just for an initial look at replacing a 2008 Pilot. He understood we were not there to buy, but he listened to our thoughts and proceeded to show us a vehicle we noticed on line. He was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle and very patient with our questions. We ended up purchasing that vehicle the next day.
