Every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and care. I drove 11 hours to finalize the purchase and pick up the car with only seeing pictures and a video that Mason my sales representative graciously took. The car was just as Mason described and I could not be happier with it. Did I mention Mason is fabulous?! The finance manager, Hans had everything ready when we arrived and took excellent care of us. He made us feel so comfortable with the purchase process. We got our questions answered, paperwork completed and was able to meet with Dominick from concierge services promptly. Dominick was also amazing! He knew everything there was to know about the car we were purchasing. He went over everything in detail and was so patient with me when I asked for him to show me something for a second time. I have even received many follow up phone calls from the team checking in to see how things are going and if I am pleased with the purchase or have any questions.
