My wife and I stopped by to test drive a new vehicle to see if it was right for our family. We called ahead and when we arrived James had it in front of the building waiting for us. We decided to purchase to take advantage of the great rates and the process was pretty straight forward. There was a little bit of negotiation on our trade-in but overall it was very clear on the price and payment. It was honestly the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had! I left feeling like I got a good deal (considering it was a new car and not used) and I wasn't really pressured to make the purchase. More

He had the truck waiting out front, answered a few questions and handed me the keys. My wife and I (without Cameron) took it for a test drive. No pressure, no extra questions from him, just ask if I had any more questions. We completed the paperwork and I went back to finance to finish. Cameron Shemwell (Clark Kent on the name-badge) even helped after the sell several time over the phone. Highly recommended. More

He also couldn't explain why there was two gap insurances added to our contract. Robert Madonna came by and saved the sale. He was able to explain everything (no excuses) and what our options were.
