Cori, Ryan, Jacob and Derek at Infiniti of Cincinnati were incredibly professional, proficient and efficient helping me buy QX80 for my family. Cori made the online sales process incredibly easy. Jacob picked me up at the airport and transported me to the dealership. Ryan helped me complete all of the paperwork in less than 45 minutes. The car is a 2021 so it's used but Infiniti of Cincinnati made it look brand new when picked it up. Talking with Derek, I appreciated his focus and dedication on excellence in operations and service.
