We brought our vehicle in for an oil change and rotation and balance of tires, when we left, our steering wheel began to shake and it never stopped. We took it back and they blamed it on the weights coming and balance of tires, when we left, our steering wheel began to shake and it never stopped. We took it back and they blamed it on the weights coming off when we drove on our dirt road LOL. So they made us pay to balance the tires again. Also, we scheduled ahead 2 days in advance, when we arrived on our scheduled time, they were too busy to even take us AT OUR SCHEDULED TIME. So we had to come back later. We have always used McKinnon in clanton, but attempted to use Montgomery for convenience. We will never be back More
