I was told I had to have a new tubro charger. I asked Danny how much would it cost me to replace with a new, not remanufactured one. He gave me a price which was very high. When job was finished I asked Danny how much would it cost me to replace with a new, not remanufactured one. He gave me a price which was very high. When job was finished I found on the invoice that the turbocharger was a remanufactured one. Bait and switch. Then I had to go back several times to fix mistakes when I was lied to over and over. They hooked the wrong wire to antifreeze tank and to a/c, made a/c freeze and low antifreeze level message came on, I was told system had a leak when there was no leak and low levle sensor was bad when it was only wrong wires attached to wrong place. When replacing fender liners they used wrong retainers allowing fender liner to come loose and rub tire, yesterday they fixed it and as a courtesy replaced a glow plug.. There was a vibration noise at around 900 rpms which they fixed a clamp, noise and vibration is still there but not as loud.. I was told by dealer manager he would see about getting me a refund as I was charged for new turbo and way over charged for clamps, bolts, gaskets and labor. Book calls for 12 hours for a job that takes about 8 hours. $170 per hour for mechanics that caused me way too much grief. Took truck in 6/26 finally finished except for noise/vibration 8/28 after several trips to dealer. that I had to drive and couple of times has my neighbor come get me. More
