They found the exact Bronco Sport I wanted and brought it in from another dealer. My only issue was the HARD sell on the extended warranty and the amount of time spent waiting around to close a 80% cash deal in from another dealer. We went to purchase a 2023 Ford Lightning- we were promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t install promised by Dakota, the “EV Expert” that this would meet the needs of my partner’s commute. It didn’t and it had other issuues- Lojack wasn’t installed properly and wouldn’t activate, batteries wouldn’t charge correctly-we went to ask about a swap or return in the 3rd day. They said they wouldn’t take the car back. We then spoke with Manny the Sales Manager, who was as uncooperative as Dakota. We asked about swapping for a vehicle at another Southern automotive lot and were told no because it wasn’t a new purchase- we just purchased this vehicle 2 days ago!! Hard to believe they would do this to a disabled veteran. Buyers beware- stay away from this dealership. More
