I purchased a 2017 HRV and maintained service to 100K miles without hesitation. During my follow-up call, Joe invited me in to discuss the appraisal value of my 2017 as well as discussing the options av miles without hesitation. We discussed a few requirements over the phone and Joe did a follow up call per my request to set an appointment. He scheduled me with Morris who knew what I was looking for upon arrival at the dealership, discussed my options, and worked with me to drive off with exactly what I wanted. Joe followed up the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied and thrilled with my selection. Maybe I'll not wait another 8 yrs / 100K miles before I decide to trade this one in, we'll see, but it'll definitely be here again :) More
