Last weekend we took a trip to Nashville to visit family. My trusty 2013 Subaru Legacy kept giving us a warning light (AT OIL TEMP) after about 5 hours of intense interstate travel. We could stop for a bit My trusty 2013 Subaru Legacy kept giving us a warning light (AT OIL TEMP) after about 5 hours of intense interstate travel. We could stop for a bit and let it cool off and then start up again. This is not the way to complete a 12 1/2 hour planned drive!! As evening approached, it was obvious that if we made it all the way to Nashville, that the return trip would take several days!!! I began calling dealerships. As it was late, not many were open on a Friday night. I got lucky and found GALLATIN SUBARU, just north of Nashville, TN. After discussing the problem with the sevice person, Thomas Broadrick, he agreed to look at the car first thing on Saturday morning. To make a long travel tale shorter, bottom line: 1) They fixed the problem, 2) They were very kind and helpful, 3) They lent us a 'loaner' for the weekend, AND 4) They even called the day after we got home to make sure we had not had any more issues with our vehicle. Now THAT is great customer service. Thank you to Thomas and your crew at GALLATIN SUBARU for caring about our car's performance as well as our vacation. You are absolutely 5-stars in our book! More
