I no longer hate buying a new car! I have always found the games played when trying to buy a new car so stressful that I owned my last car for 10 years and dreaded looking for a replace I have always found the games played when trying to buy a new car so stressful that I owned my last car for 10 years and dreaded looking for a replacement. On Monday I went to Jim Curley Buick in Lakewood. When you enter you immediately sense something is different here. I was greeted by saleswoman Cynthia Rothchild. At other dealerships one almost feels molested after entering. Cynthia is very very different. She is calm, knowledgeable and professional. Her soft spoken manner is even comforting. I immediately trusted her. Later Mr. Curley introduced himself to us. What an incredible gentlemen! Personable and friendly. He cares about his customers. Even as he spoke to us he would occasionally look around the room to be sure everyone was being taken care of. Plus, he was a Marine so that goes along way in my family. Before going to Jim Curley Buick I read the reviews here. They were all positive. I laughed to my husband and said "they must have all their family doing these reviews." Well, here I am praising their professionalism. It was actually a great experience! I am a believer! More

Everyone I have dealt with has been very pleasant and accommodating...even after I bought my Acadia! Typically a dealership is not very easy to deal with once you have signed the papers and taken home their car, but not here. Once I was home with my new car, I found some detail-related issues I wanted corrected and everyone at Jim Curly was very happy to make those corrections. Not only was the staff great to deal with, I got my car back in one day sparkling beautifully like it had never been driven before. My husband and I are very happy to say, we will be repeat customers at this establishment! Thank you Cynthia!! More
