I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection in the morning. I was told that I would receive a text and or phone call with an update on what needed to be done. Seven hours go by and I still had n the morning. I was told that I would receive a text and or phone call with an update on what needed to be done. Seven hours go by and I still had not heard anything. I called to check on my vehicle and was told that my phone number was incorrect in the system. I had given the correct phone number to the representative several times before I left make sure the right phone number was on file. There was no apology or even acknowledgement when I finally arrived to pick up my vehicle. Customer service could definitely be better. More
