Hello! I'm Cynthia. I was born and raised in the Southeast Texas town of Port Arthur; home of Jimmy Johnson(for the sports fans) and Janis Joplin(for classic rock fans) where I studied cosmetology. After starting a family and moving to Enid, I worked in the medical field and later co-owned and operated the restaurant "On the Sidewalk" in downtown Enid. I moved to OKC in 2011 to find a career. I started working in the Oilfield Chemical Industry as a Lab Technician and later transitioned into a Dangerous Goods Shipping Specialist. I enjoyed working in the oilfield but something was missing. I missed working with customers. In February, 2021, I decided to change my career path and start a new career with Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. This dealership has integrity and values their customers. I absolutely love working with people and giving them the BEST customer experience possible. Cynthia at OKC Volvo cars went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of purchasing my new Volvo! The day I walked in to the dealership I really was not anticipating purchas sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of purchasing my new Volvo! The day I walked in to the dealership I really was not anticipating purchasing a car, but when Cynthia showed me all of the amazing features of the Volvo car, paying particular attention to the little details that mom‘s appreciate, I was sold! Cynthia is so great to work with. I walked in 20 minutes before closing, Cynthia, and the whole team was willing to stay open late and make a deal. I really appreciated that. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Volvo of OKC. I had been looking at cars and dealing with Cynthia over the course of several months. Professional service, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, great communication, white glove service. The dealership set up my virtual tour, notary services at no charge, and helped arrange delivery. Cynthia is amazing and Jeremy is also amazing. The vehicle was priced great, in really good condition, and exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure, the staff were resourceful, and very patient as I had many questions. Five stars isn’t enough highly recommend! More
