Hello! I'm Cynthia. I was born and raised in the Southeast Texas town of Port Arthur; home of Jimmy Johnson(for the sports fans) and Janis Joplin(for classic rock fans) where I studied cosmetology. After starting a family and moving to Enid, I worked in the medical field and later co-owned and operated the restaurant "On the Sidewalk" in downtown Enid. I moved to OKC in 2011 to find a career. I started working in the Oilfield Chemical Industry as a Lab Technician and later transitioned into a Dangerous Goods Shipping Specialist. I enjoyed working in the oilfield but something was missing. I missed working with customers. In February, 2021, I decided to change my career path and start a new career with Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. This dealership has integrity and values their customers. I absolutely love working with people and giving them the BEST customer experience possible. By far the easiest car-buying process ever. Cynthia was so helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I am an out-of-towner and was able to purchase my car without ever seeing it. Cynthia was absolutely incredible to work with! She was not only extremely knowledgeable about every single detail of the Volvo XC60s I was interested in, but she also helped me figure out if this She was not only extremely knowledgeable about every single detail of the Volvo XC60s I was interested in, but she also helped me figure out if this was the right car for me without being pushy in any way! Although I first was interested in the 2020's and above she introduced me to the most perfect 2018 Red Volvo XC60 and took her time to let me drive it and explain every ounce of information I needed to know about the car! She has since checked in with me and has been so happy to help me with the million questions I have had! I am absolutely in LOVE with my new car and more importantly had the best experience while I was working with the volvo staff especially Cynthia. More
