I was overcharged for my oil change.
I paid $96 last June, but was charged $148 this time. That is over a 50% increase. Then I noticed I was charged 3 different prices for the oil use

Then I noticed I was charged 3 different prices for the oil used: $65.47 for five quarts (13.09 per quart), another quart was $13.35, the seventh quart was $19.91. ???? But the worst thing was I called the service department to inquire, asked for the service manager Chuck Oliver and was told he was across the street and would be back shortly. The person I talked to asked if he could help. I told him what happened. He said he couldn't explain it. So I asked for Chuck Oliver to call me. I was told he would call me back. I never receive a call back from anyone. By the way, Kalo Dodge told me they only charge $120 for similar oil changes.
