Good experience buying a used car I bought a 2014 Honda CR-V in very good condition for a reasonable price. Found the car on the dealer website, and Joshua quickly called me back to se I bought a 2014 Honda CR-V in very good condition for a reasonable price. Found the car on the dealer website, and Joshua quickly called me back to set up an appointment. He was friendly and remembered my name and the car when I saw him near the end of the process. I was able to pay cash, and the whole process was done within two days. Sebastian was the salesman, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. We still had to sign paperwork, and Sherette in Finance was very calm and efficient, and explained things well. At the end of the process, I asked for a second key for the car (which only came with one key); it took Service more than an hour to do that, but Estherlin and Marlon both made sure to expedite that by having Sebastian come over and see that is was taken care of. Would definitely consider Millennium Honda for a future car purchase. More

All because of Robert Refrano I continue to go to Hempstead I’ve been there numerous times for the same problem . The problem never got fixed , however when I went there for an oil change I still had the same p I’ve been there numerous times for the same problem . The problem never got fixed , however when I went there for an oil change I still had the same problem, Robert looked into my history and noticed that I’ve been here for the same thing and said that he would take care of it for me. And he did ! My car is back running great , it’s no longer turning off in the middle of driving . My other advisor esterlin Rodriguez, from the first couple of times I was there she was NO HELP , unprofessional , kept forgetting to call me to tell me what was going on with my car; just a complete mess. According to her , I body knew what was wrong with my car . Therefore it never got fixed. She also said she couldn’t get me a courtesy car , after my car was in Honda’s car for three days leaving me carless. Robert got me a courtesy car and he got my car fixed . There’s need to be more people like Robert . More
