I purchased an Acura ILX from Curtis Kennely at the dealership. Everything was done via pictures, texts,calls, and FedEx. The finance manager Jorge Ramirez handled the paperwork and loan thru USAA. Dur dealership. Everything was done via pictures, texts,calls, and FedEx. The finance manager Jorge Ramirez handled the paperwork and loan thru USAA. During the process FedEx lost my loan paperwork. Jorge and Curtis went out of the way to redo the paperwork and assist me in closing the deal. They were 10/10 on the sale. I am 13 hours away from the dealership and couldn't be happier with the service. I currently have another Acura RDX ASpec and will be calling them when I'm ready to upgrade! I highly recommend these guys for your next Acura purchase! More
