Most pleasant car-buying experience EVER! I wasn't thinking of even buying a SUBARU although I was in the market for a new car. However, a colleague at work had just bought a new car from Tucs I wasn't thinking of even buying a SUBARU although I was in the market for a new car. However, a colleague at work had just bought a new car from Tucson SUBARU and she was raving about the experience and talked me into trying a Subaru. I had actually lined up three appointments in a row with three dealerships for different brands of cars; Subaru was the first on my list. These guys know their cars and stand behind their product. This is not an ordinary dealership. My salesperson Curt McHenry was warm, kind, extremely patient and knowledgable and not agressive. He took me for a fabulous test drive in a 2015 XV Crosstrek. I am not an implusive buyer, so he kindly stated that buying a car was major commitment and for me to take some time to think about it. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I spent all night wondering about the car. By the next morning, I knew I wanted to go back to the dealership and purchase it. They sent a driver to pick me up. All the paperwork was ready, I didn't have to wheel and deal for a great price for this car. I had done my research beforehand and I was offered a very competitive price to start with. They also worked to get me under my target payments. This was such a pleasant, pain-free experience. To top it off, the Subaru incentives are very interesting and attractive indeed. Working with Louie the Finance Manager was actually fun! He is brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We joked around, told stories, and I walked out of the office feeling like old friends. This dealership is amazing. Their customer service goes above and beyond regular dealerships. When you walk out of the doors having signed the papers and holding the keys, they insist on follow-up and maintaining the relationship throughout the life of the car. I would definitely recommend Tucson SUBARU to everyone I know buying a car. This is my first SUBARU and I am hooked. Needless to say, I canceled my other two appointments at the other dealerships. I knew after the first test-drives and the rapport with sales expert Curt McHenry that I wasn't going to go anywhere else. More
