As my husband purchased his vehicle from Tim, and his welcoming from Curt in the service department,I was excited when it would be my turn of the kindness received. Lance welcomed me to my 1st oil cha welcoming from Curt in the service department,I was excited when it would be my turn of the kindness received. Lance welcomed me to my 1st oil change. I appreciate his explanation on things as to what is today, what we they are checking, what is ahead when needed. I explained how I like to discuss things with my husband as things can be overwhelming. I appreciate his time showing me on the paper print out that was given to me. Some people won't take that extra customer service time. Thank you Deihl Honda for the welcoming. More

With less than 9000 miles on the brand new vehicle they want to charge $50 for Warranty work! Friendly atmosphere. Was greeted immediately upon arrival. Look about 45 minutes for rear differential fluid chance. Cost was reasonable. After contacting the service department about my vehicle, I was given an appointment early the next day. Lance Cushman kept me informed on the status of their findings.
