They have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with! I have bought quite a few new vehicles. I had bought a 2023 crv and I really liked it.but the service department is so bad that I decided to bu with! I have bought quite a few new vehicles. I had bought a 2023 crv and I really liked it.but the service department is so bad that I decided to buy a Toyota. I will never do business with Diehl Honda again!!! More

The staff and service people where very professional and courteous, But 30 days and 3 appts to get in was a bit much. If this was an "issue" on my car, and I needed the car to get to work, I would not be courteous, But 30 days and 3 appts to get in was a bit much. If this was an "issue" on my car, and I needed the car to get to work, I would not be happy. It was a recall part....1. never told to have little gas in the tank, had to re schedule, 2. You called to reschedule due to lack of service repair staff, and the 3. appt was ok. But had to have my daughter take off work to pick me up and bring me back. Not the same Honda Center or car lot it once was. Had to ask how my free car inspection checked out ( as I didn't ask for it, nor want it in the first place) I won't tell you what my husband said...
