Anthony (Tony) Montesano replied to an online search I did. When the specific VW CS came in, Tony sent me an awesome video so I could see exterior and interior. When my husband and I arrived to see the SUV, Crystal met us in parking lot for Tony had to leave early, and had told her we were on the way. I knew that was the CS I wanted! I love it! Aaron at the desk was very professional and gave us a fair honest deal. When we picked up my car Tony went over so much information with us and even driving plus parking assistance to explain more. All three Sales People were courteous, professional, clearly explained details, and answered our many questions. Great experience to buying a brand new car!
