“I love the car-buying experience. ” -No One Ever So I needed a car (duh) and Roseville Mazda had a good deal on the car I was looking for. I started an email/text exchange with Cole Sanderson during the day. There was ZERO pressure, ZERO harassment. We got things squared away but it was later in the day and I was going to keep him late if I picked up the vehicle that day. “No worries, we’ll have as much ready for you as possible when you get here.” So I headed up. My credit is middle-of-the-road so I never know what I’m going to be offered as far as a rate. They got me a great rate considering used car rates were s**t at the time. Get there, car is ready and in immaculate condition. Cole is the NICEST kid EVER. Quick test drive and we’re good to go. I was in the finance office with Cristi for maybe 10 minutes max. They didn’t tack on any additional charges for “paint protection” or some other crap that I didn’t want. I was impressed because, at the end of the day, I figured they would know I wanted to just get moving and would ignore anything they had thrown on there. Nope; vehicle, taxes, license. Walk out and Cole is wiping the car down with a chamois like it could GET any cleaner (such a great kid). The icing on the cake? Full tank of gas. I can’t tell you how many vehicles I’ve bought with the gas light on. In California a tank of gas is $100 minimum currently ($5.50/gallon). Anyway, it’s a small thing but no one wants to drop thousands of dollars for a new car and have to drive straight to the gas station. 10/10 would come back here for every car I ever buy again. And, again, get with Cole. More

Chris sales man was really a great guy and he tried in every way to help us to close the deal. But the finance was a mess. I received several offers for select and preferred cx5 model and every time there is something wrong. Finally, when we got our deal on preferred cx5 and we started to sign on our lease deal. They decided that there is a mistake and they added money on our monthly payment. I asked her to honor us our offer that we signed for, but she decided not. Other lady I don’t know her name , she talk to us with an attitude make my experience even worse. I wish if anyone from the corporate, can contact me to provide further details. Today we went to Mazda Elk Grove and had remarkable experience. Finished the deal with excellent terms and went back home happy with new car. More

10/10 I would recommend the Mazda Roseville Dealership and staff over any other dealership in the area! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mazda Roseville and everyone one on staff I and staff over any other dealership in the area! Chris (Nino) Alaman & Roger Thurman both assisted us on the sale of a Mazda CX-50 and they treated us like we were their family. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire transaction. All staff members were friendly and really went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted, and what worked for our budget. They were completely honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and we couldn't have asked for better service. We had done extensive research prior to coming to Mazda Roseville and I highly suggest anyone in the market to buy a car does the same. We had visited Maita, Elk Grove, and Dublin Mazda and done a bunch of online shopping prior to the date we actually purchased our new car. All the other dealerships we visited were professional and helpful enough, but none of them made me feel as well taken care of as Mazda Roseville which is how they ultimately won our business. When it came time to financing the vehicle, and signing on the dotted line Cristi in the finance department helped us. A special shoutout to her for explaining everything in detail, and answering any questions we had. A extra special thank you for making it as quick and painless as possible! Buying a car in 2023 was/is an entirely different process than it was a few years ago, it is streamlined and designed to cater to the buyer more so now more than ever. Online shopping is accurate and they often display the out the door cost right there on the website! Making the negotiation process about what can actually fit in your budget rather than how you can rip each other off to get the best deal. I am a very very happy customer and will be returning to this location for my next Mazda! Thank you so so much Roger, Chris, Cristi, Bobby & Team!! More

I worked with Max Cuadras from Mazda Roseville to purchase a vehicle. Max made the buying process exceptionally transparent and straightforward since the very first phone call I had with him. He help purchase a vehicle. Max made the buying process exceptionally transparent and straightforward since the very first phone call I had with him. He helped me move extremely fast by giving a quote that no other dealership could beat. We drove for 4 hours to buy from Mazda Roseville, and they willingly stayed open for more than an hour after the closing time to assist with the complete buying process. Max sent us all the steps that could be completed online in advance which made the buying process extremely simple and fast! The dealership did not try to sell us any extra unnecessary stuff to raise the price. Overall, I had a wonderful buying experience and everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and friendly - special shoutout to Max and Christy! Absolutely would recommend buying from here even if it means driving from a distance!!! More

Very pleasurable car buying experience. We went in with a model in mind, found another more desirable. Salesman was very friendly, and personable, with very good knowledge about products. Only annoying part occurred after sale, and paperwork; had to do with fueling up the car. The cards used were not functioning properly; however our salesman used his personal funds to insure we left with a full tank. I put this on management, but overall our experience was very positive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would recommend Mazda Roseville to anyone; not to mention the product is excellent. More

I had an extremely awful experience at Mazda of Roseville and will never buy a vehicle from this location, nor recommend anyone either. I went in on Saturday to buy a new vehicle (2021 CX30) and was extremel and will never buy a vehicle from this location, nor recommend anyone either. I went in on Saturday to buy a new vehicle (2021 CX30) and was extremely disappointed with the quality of services, professionalism, and runaround I experienced in the four days of attempting to buy a vehicle from that location. I walked in with a 721 credit score, great income, proof of residency, and I was trading in a 2019 Ford Fusion. I did not expect to encounter four long days of lack of transparency and waiting to purchase a vehicle, given that I met all of the requirement (as always) to leave with a new vehicle. I recently changed my name (for good cause) and according to management, that was the “hold-up” to getting approved with Mazda Financial Saturday-Monday. I was told on Monday after work to come back as there should be no problem to finally get approved. I went in after work, waited three hours in hopes to get approved, and at 7:30 at night, Marco sat down and told me Mazda made an error in the last three days and no later than 12PM on Tuesday I should receive and answer—it felt promising. There were a few “hold-ups” throughout which intuitively seemed appropriate, but the waiting period seemed like something I’ve never experienced before buying a car. First they couldn’t verify my identity with my name change. I have them my updated social security card, updated drivers license, proof of residency, and pay stub with my name change. Then the negative balance from how much they were willing to buy my 2019 Ford Fusion and payoff amount was another issue. They kept requesting the I increase my down payment from 1,000 to 3,000, to 4,000 dollars. On Tuesday (yesterday) I never received a call: I went ahead and called Mazda myself and Max seemed confused and had no answers for me. He then called me back and said I need to pay $4,000 up front. I was saddened by this—more so because I felt taken advantage of (29-year-old female) does not know much about trading in cars, was given then runaround for four days, lack of transparency, and lack of flexibility, especially given my strong credit score, income, 2019 Ford Fusion, not high mileage either. I called Mazda of Elk Grove yesterday after work and explained my story to them and Khahn told me to come to the store right away and they will take care of me. I went in and immediately felt a sense of comfort, as him and Grant showed empathy toward my situation. I was in and out within an hour and a half and they held the standard of quality of service. Grant told me he would buy my car for a little more and would “massage” the number to ensure I left with the car I wanted on Saturday. I was approved with the same credit score of a 721. I did not need to show my social security card, proof of residency, or anything that verifies my new name change. The finance department was friendly and he explained my monthly payment very well. He was professional and also empathetic toward my experience at Mazda of Roseville. Additionally, my Mazda was detailed, gas was filled, and delivered promptly.
