The moment I walked into the building, I had a good feeling. Meeting Bob personally was comforting and when he pulled Matt Keeney over to work with me and my son, we knew we were in great hands! I was fussy, nervous, and anxious but all of that went away as we worked with Matt. Rick, Rodney, My Subaru ‘school teacher’ Andi, all were extremely nice, knowledgeable and very patient. The whole “family” made it a fabulous experience! Sadly one week later, about 111 miles, my new beautiful blue Forrester was pelted with hail while at work in Wallingford. 75! dings on my hood caused me to meet your wonderful service department already, La’Trell and Nicholas were very kind and all were sympathetic. Hoping the ‘dent guy’ does the best possible repair. Thank you all! Mary More

Premier Subaru in Brandford is my go to place. Cristal Bello the service advisor is excellent . Very prompt and knowledgeable. About a month ago service 2015 Subaru WRX AC was blowing warm air. Do to it being anything Cristal Bello had set me up with a loaner car . Was fixed fast. Than today 7/8/2024 had just received the car back from getting the rear wheel bearings done . Once again Premier Subaru came threw and kudos to the tech with the wheel bearings and Cristal Bello in service. There are other Subaru dealers closer to me that I wouldn't bring a tricycle to. My Outback Wilderness Edition was purchased in December 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that is installed on this model. Unfortunately, the fit and finish were not perfect. Cristal oversaw the repair and it did not meet her's or Subaru's satisfaction and it was determined that a whole new bumper had to be installed. Although, I was disappointed to hear this news, Cristal arranged for a loaner car during this time and assured me that the body work and painting would be perfect. It took a little longer than expected but I had the same Outback as a loaner. for the 2 weeks. Cristal, as a generous gesture of customer care had my car fully and beautifully detailed. She went above and beyond in her communication with me. She took a challening situation from a customer perspective and made it a positive out come. My Outback looks terrific! More

I bought my 2015 Crosstrek from this dealership. It has never seen serviced anywhere else. Twice, including today, I was assisted by Cristal of the service department with a problem that was cover It has never seen serviced anywhere else. Twice, including today, I was assisted by Cristal of the service department with a problem that was covered by the lifetime powertrain warranty. Previously, the insurer authorized coverage for transmission and head gasket leaks. Today, I was not charged for replacement of a wheel bearing. I appreciated her following up with the insurer, which has saved me a lot of money on repairs. More

Mt thermos control valve was defective and the Forester is a little over 3 years old. Bob Alvine called me and asked me to bring the car in. This repair was not covered under the warranty and the cost was is a little over 3 years old. Bob Alvine called me and asked me to bring the car in. This repair was not covered under the warranty and the cost was $1500. Premier went out of their way to make this right and covered the entire repair except the diagnostic fee. Premier is changing my perceptions of car dealerships. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone buying a car. It's nice to know that there are still people out in the world who value doing the right thing and going the extra mile. More
