As easy as car buying can be All the staff at this location I interacted with from Yazmin in sales, Crista in finance, and the on-site insurance agent Amanda Lodos were very helpf All the staff at this location I interacted with from Yazmin in sales, Crista in finance, and the on-site insurance agent Amanda Lodos were very helpful and understanding and did their best to minimize the stress of car buying. Yazmin did a great job helping me look at other cars that fit my needs and general price range after the one I initially came to look at turned out to not be what I wanted. Crista in finance was great at helping me with all the paperwork and keeping everything organized and speedy despite the fact that I was a first time car buyer and was a little lost. Finally Amanda on-site with Florida One Insurance was able to get me a better price on insurance than I was offered on my own and while still maintaining good coverage. My only complaint with Hgreg is that they seem to be very busy so there was a wait between each of these services but that's to be expected in a dealership of this size. More

Great sales department, but car service department not at al My husband got a great car and the sales department (Yazmin and Crista) was a delight to work with. They were very professional and pleasant and they My husband got a great car and the sales department (Yazmin and Crista) was a delight to work with. They were very professional and pleasant and they work with you to get you a deal on the car you want. My husband was very pleased with the car, then we had a minor issue with the hood and they made an appointment to get it fixed by Sabrina who is really great and responsible with her job. The downside was the service department. When he took the car in early in the morning and didn't hear word on the satus of the car by 5pm we started to call and the mechanics had no idea which car it was or what it was brought in for. When he went to pick it up he checked the issue and it was not fixed and the stray battery that should of been removed was still there along with the grease stains they were supposed to clean. When he asked the mechanics they just said that they didn't know and that the fact that it was not fixed was out of their hands. They were just focused on goofing off and ignored him while he was waiting to see if it the problem would of gotten resolved. He gave up and decided to look elsewhere to get it fixed. We were very disappointed with the mechanics and with the money we spent on this car, they should of been more responsible ans attentive. More

Johnny from financing was the bad apple in this process. The gentleman was rude, sarcastic and condescending. As far as to tell me that we shouldn't do the deal. We decided to walk away from the financing office after spending hrs at th4 dealership and being approved with his "Preferred" lender for an astronomical interest rate. I told him that there had to be some kind of mistake because i am able to get a 2.99% interest thru my credit union and he laughed with a smirk on his face. We just walked out and that was when he said that we shouldn't make a deal. We returned 3 days later with financing approved from my bank for the 2.9% interest and that was how we bought the vehicle. I specifically asked not to be seen by this gentleman BUT i will follow up with headquarters about this gentleman's attitude towards clients. Besides Johnny everything else was Ok Emily and Alex were the shinning light of the process. More

I spent two days trying to get my wife her dream car , was told I only needed to put 1K down and send over some paper work. I agreed and did just that. Once I completed everything I didn’t hear from them for over 2 hours just to be told “ sorry someone is working the deal” “ there is nothing I can do “ after I spent two full days getting them everything they needed and not to mention it took them a day to respond to my messages. I wouldn’t use them if they were the only place on earth I could get a car I would rather walk the rest of my life then give them business. More
