My initial contact was with Trey Purvis who maintained an open line of communication from my first inquiry with the dealership through the negotiations and my taking possession of the car. Trey knew I was looking for a specific color and when I found it in Tallahassee, he went out of his way to coordinate how I could see it before securing the actual lease. Giving me a “first right of refusal” during the three days between my finding the car and being able to see it, put my mind at ease. When I finally got to the dealership, Trey was there to welcome me, answer my questions and put me at ease. From that point forward, he never left my side until the deal was made and I drove my beautiful new BMW off the lot. Throughout the negotiations, Trey anticipated my questions and was answering them before I even had the chance to ask. He went out of his way to acquaint me with the car’s features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Additionally, he provided me his cell number, making on going communication for questions or concerns seamless. In the end, Trey Purvis and the entire Capital BMW team made the leasing experience painless and surprisingly pleasant, so much so, that I am considering driving 2 ½ hours to Tallahassee for service. The management is top-notch! Crawford Atkins, the General Manager runs an excellent dealership (they also sell/lease Mercedes-Benz and Porsche). The facility is state-of-the-art. It's not only beautiful but exceptionally clean. The staff is all VERY friendly and it's been a delightful relationship for over a quarter of a century. Crawford is a person who makes sure you get a good deal and he follows that up with an exceptional sales staff and a dedicated and bespoke service team. I don't try to get the shop around to get the best price because I know that Capital BMW will do everything possible to make the deal right. William Huey and his team are just the VERY best! I know them and more importantly, I* TRUST them to get me the vehicle I want at a reasonable price. I don't mind paying the freight because I know that with the service I'll get, my wife and I will ride in luxury and cutting-edge technology. I've got friends that will shop around the for the best price for the car they want. And, I want a good deal too. But in the end, I want a business relationship built on trust, respect, and integrity. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle that is a BMW, Mercedes or a Porsche. This is the ONLY dealer I would consider leasing or buying a BMW from, despite the fact that they're the only ones in Tallahassee. I could easily go on the internet and order the kind of car that I want, but then I'd miss the opportunity to see the folks at this dealership. Crawford Atkins, the General Manager is as personal as one can imagine. Lee Woodward, the BMW service tech is incredibly professional and making a service appointment that suits my schedule is real easy. Keith Milliron was easy to work with in ordering my new 7 series, hybrid version just the way that I wanted. For the few times that I have taken delivery of a new vehicle there were minor issues, and they were always taken care of immediately and professionally, with no excuses.
