My experience at the Mercedes-Irondale location was the best! All representatives were nice and welcoming. Cramer greeted my husband and me with such great energy and enthusiasm. Cramer was well knowledgeable about the car I had my eyes on. Having completed my research prior to my visit, I walked into the dealership with a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle; however, Cramer knew all of it plus more-- as a sales rep should! Not once did he pressure me into making a decision. He was respectful of my time needed to ponder about my decision, and was very patience while I called my entire family to get their opinion about the car. During test driving and waiting on approval for financing, Cramer was personable. We had the opportunity to learn more about each other during this down time. I did not feel like I was purchasing my car from a stranger who was just trying to make a sell. Truthfully, my experience felt like one with a friend who tagged along with me to the Mercedes Dealership to pick out the best birthday gift ever for myself. Cramer Hyde is the best! More

Best Car Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market to replace her car (she had recently turned in a lease). We had our eye on a Mercedes GLC. We made an appointment wit My wife and I were in the market to replace her car (she had recently turned in a lease). We had our eye on a Mercedes GLC. We made an appointment with Cramer at Mercedes in Irondale. From start to finish he was professional, honest, and helpful in every way he should have been - not to mention an all around nice guy with a good sense of humor. We have purchased several cars and this experience was the best by far. We had test driven 4 other vehicles (different brands) at other dealerships and they lost our business by being too pushy and going after the sale and not providing us with information to make the best decision for our situation. However awful the other dealerships were, Cramer and the team at Mercedes Birmingham (from sales, to finance, to service) were the exact opposite. After a long day, we ended up leaving with two cars (a GLC for my wife and a GLE for me). We couldn't be happier in our new vehicles and the service we were provided with. These are our first Mercedes and I believe we will be lifelong Mercedes drivers. More
