The dealership just happen to have the car we were thinking about getting and they gave us all the discounts they could, so we drove away in our new car. We read the reviews on the Service Department and felt that since the ownership was new, they have a chance to improve that part of the dealership. More

The salesman was nice . But like all salesmen , they are trained to NEVER let you leave. But I did anyways. He insisted I drive the SUV I was interested in possibly buying the wife. So I did. I negotiated the price some, and was willing to leave after finding out they only had 1 key fob. As I was headed to the door they decided to order me another key fob if I did purchase. My credit is very good but they didn't offer near as good of interest rates through the dealer as I found elsewhere. Navigator Credit Union beat the dealer interest rate by 1.5% so I saved thousands of dollars. Gap insurance and extended warranty through credit union was a better fit and I am very satisfied overall. So if anyone is looking to buy a vehicle you are much better off using your own lender and will save you so much money. More

The amount of problems and issues I had after a generally good experience the first time is disgusting. As was their treatment of myself knowing the situation. All because they didn’t want to pay a 6k financing charge the bank wanted. All for their bottom dollar. More
