Took my Jeep there for services 5 times. Every time the jeep came back still broken. The information was given to the Manager over the Technicians and was verified to be correct. " New parts Every time the jeep came back still broken. The information was given to the Manager over the Technicians and was verified to be correct. " New parts where still sitting on the technicians parts shelf. This happened twice even when I emailed the manager with pictures of the old parts still on the jeep with the part numbers next to the pictures. They do not have an inspection process to make sure mistakes do not happen and to keep the crooked technicians accountable. So the dealership is getting paid for work they have not done. My jeep is not fully fixed, I was asked to bring it back in so they can "fit it correctly".. Nope.. sorry not going to take it back so they can make more mistakes and mess it up more.. More

His leader Craig this time greeted me upon arrival acknowledging my work schedule reassuring me I would get out in time. Thanks to both of them my Jeep was ready sooner than anticipated. Your waiting area is always conducive to do work while I wait so there's no loss in productivity. These two factors combined is the reason I'll drive farther over convenience. Also to note, this time I choose a timeslot that Marcous was available vs. when it was most convenient for me. That speaks volumes. Thank you. More
