Awful service, I initially visited Saturday (6/15/24) regarding an issue for my driver side font tire losing air slowly. For some reason the right front tire was serviced and when completed my car had to regarding an issue for my driver side font tire losing air slowly. For some reason the right front tire was serviced and when completed my car had to be reserviced to address my original service complaint. I was informed the valve stem on both tires were replaced and that they put more bead seal on the driver side left front. This issue was resolved for less than 24 hours. Today I brought this to the attention of the mohawk service department where I was told to bring the car back in (No issue usually.) However the first time this took 3 hours due to their error with which tire actually needed to be serviced. When I vented my frustrations they apologized and said it was because "We also don't have our world class tech that work on Saturdays so I do apologize." I don't believe you should have to be a world class tech to service a simple tire valve and beading issue. If you are looking for repairs as simple as a tire repair go else where or make sure their "World class tech" is working. More
