happy ending...as usual An unexplained impact dislocated the right side view mirror. Not able to fix it, I taped it up and went to my trusted Wantagh Mazda Service center. I expected to need an entire new part, because if the blind spot warning indicator feature on my CX 5. Well, Craig and Z came to my rescue. Another tech, name unknown, was able to pop the mirror back into place and everything worked just fine. Bottom line...NO CHARGE! Another dealer could have charged $100 and I'd be non the wiser. INTEGRITY RULES at Wantagh Mazda!! More

Craig and Gary listen carefully and makes sure they address every issue you bring up, clearly explaining what was done and/or what needs to be done, without trying to get you to agree to any unnecessary procedures. In fact, Wantagh Mazda has consistently recommended only the actual service needed; a relief compared to some service stations who always try to upsell something you don't really need. I never imagined I would be taking my car for service to a dealer, having only used independent mechanics in the past. However, the Wantagh Mazda service team has definitely earned my loyalty over time, and they will continue to be the place where I bring my car anytime it needs service. More

We've only taken the vehicle there for routine service over the last three years. (It only required one repair item that was covered by warranty). We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from Craig (Ass't service manager) and Alex (service manager). The quality of the work and the prices were great. We have found all work was done properly and the prices charged were very reasonable. I can say that WE TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP and we'll be back next time we need a new car! More
