I brought my Mazda CW-9 in for a service call and spoke with service tech Craig Rotter. I was very nervous because the "smart brake system" displayed a malfunction and I didnt know what that meant. Additio with service tech Craig Rotter. I was very nervous because the "smart brake system" displayed a malfunction and I didnt know what that meant. Additionally the "front radar sensor system" also displayed a malfunction. fortunately my brake were functioning properly and so I drove to Wantagh Mazda very slowly just in case. Upon arrival I explained my reason for coming in and Craig Rotter assured me that he will look at my car immediately and let me know exactly what the problem was. Craig was very patient and professional with me as I was almost in a panic. Within 20 minutes Craig came to me and in very easy to understand languish explained what the problem and that I shoundnt worry as he will correct it. Craig was very understanding and compassionate and made me feel very comfortable. Upon receiving my car the ride home was a very different one from the ride to Wantagh as I felt very safe driving home and I had an uneasy feeling driving there. Craig Rotter in sales makes you want to come back even if you don't need them. He is delightfully friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to check my name and learn it so that he could call me by na you don't need them. He is delightfully friendly and attentive. Over the years, and I have been going there for many years, service has never tried to sell me something or perform a service I did not need. Craig did volunteer some tips and improvements but there was no cost involved. Their work is excellent and quick, and they were respectful that I came from about 50 miles away. I arrived earlier than my appointment and Craig got me in early. Coffee was offered and accepted, a nice aside. They even let me hang out in the waiting room even though they hadn't officially opened. It's almost as if the dealer was expecting to be inspected that day, only they always acted the same way over the years. More
