We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and were fortunate enough to have Valentino Gonan as our sales consultant. From the moment we stepped onto the dealership floor, Valentino was the epitome of professionalism and dedication. His polite and attentive approach made us feel truly valued and respected as customers. Valentino's in-depth knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. He patiently walked us through the features of six different cars, ensuring we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. His explanations were clear and comprehensive, reflecting his expertise and passion for his work. What stood out most was Valentino's commitment to ensuring we were completely satisfied. He spent seven hours working with us, exploring numerous purchase options and configurations to suit our needs. His focus was not just on making a sale, but on creating a win-win situation that left us thrilled with our new car. His dedication to excellence was evident in his meticulous attention to detail. While our overall experience at the dealership was exceptionally positive, we did encounter a notable delay during the paperwork phase of our purchase. We understand that buying a car involves significant documentation and financial verification, but we found ourselves waiting for an extended period, specifically 1.5 hours, before finalizing our transaction with the financial manager. We appreciate that the financial manager worked tirelessly and was thorough in handling our paperwork, ensuring accuracy and clarity in every detail. However, the lengthy wait time could potentially be minimized to enhance the customer experience further. Suggestion for Improvement: Streamlining Processes: Reviewing and possibly streamlining the paperwork process could significantly reduce wait times. Implementing more efficient, perhaps digitally enhanced workflows might expedite the overall procedure without compromising the quality of service or attention to detail. Increased Staffing: Consider increasing the staffing levels during peak hours or when high customer volumes are anticipated. Having additional financial managers available could alleviate long wait times and distribute the workload more evenly, ensuring that customers are attended to promptly and efficiently. Transparent Communication: Keeping customers informed about the expected wait times and the reasons for any delays can also significantly enhance the customer experience. Transparency in communication helps in managing expectations and alleviates any potential frustration associated with waiting. We believe that addressing these areas could greatly enhance the efficiency of the paperwork process and improve the overall customer experience. We are grateful for the dedication and hard work of the financial manager and the entire team; however, optimizing the final stages of the car buying process could leave customers feeling even more satisfied and valued. After searching other dealerships for the Outlander I wanted, Josh Weasenforth, one of the sales manager was able to locate the exact Outlander and have it delivered to Ed Morse dealership in Tampa. Great find Josh! I am very pleased with the overall service that this dealership provides. From Roger in the IT department right down to Rich in finance and Andy who explained all the features of the vehicle. I highly recommend Ed Morse Mitsubishi if you want a GREAT experience! I appreciated the level of respect I received when I was at the dealership. The customer service from Manny was fantastic and I felt like he wanted my business.
