They were Pleasant and accommodating but failed to perform tasks that were asked of them. We were there for a recall, I asked them to wash the car as we were heading to the Mecum auction. The attendant said no problem, they’d detail it and fix the recall. When I picked it up, they hadn’t washed it, nor detailed it, and charged me for diagnostics. More

Getting maintenance at the Lexus dealership is always a good experience. They are always fast, but honestly, I wouldn’t mind if they took longer. I love the service that I get every time I get my car fixed. The technicians are always great to explain any concern with the car and are knowledgeable answering questions about it. I brought my Lexus in for its regular maintenance check, and as always, the service was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient.
