Sales experience wasn’t too pushy on selling us extras until we got into finalizing sale with business manager, which was frustrating. Also had a misunderstanding with dealer regarding buying out the lease in our existing car, which was originally agreed upon but was later pulled off the table without us knowing in exchange for a steeper discount on the new car we were getting. Wish this would have been communicated clearly up front. More

I admit to sadness over letting my 20 year-old Beettle go and trepidation at the prospect of going through the 'sales' process - even though I felt prepared - but I must say, the experience was fine and I really like my new Jetta! Craig Erickson was also pleasant to work with - professional and personable. My only critique would be the 'time' it took to complete the transaction, but I was expecting to spend some time at the dealership on Saturday! More
