I was born in Redondo Beach, CA and moved to Colorado while in 6th grade. I lived next to the highest flat-top mountain in the United States with over 300 lakes. I moved back to California in the late 1980s and have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I could work anywhere, but because of the transparency in the way we, at Toyota of Lancaster, disclose everything up front, I would not consider working anywhere else. Honesty is the best policy.

Maricela did a great job at taking care of one of the issues that I had. She sent me the correct paperwork to fill out and I sent it back. I asked her to let me know if it was filled out correctly and that she did received it so that I would have confirmation. That was not done. Since it does take up to 90 days to complete I did want confirmation that it was received and sent to the correct people. My main issue is with Ian Rybkin. He told me things that were not true or just left out info completely. That is where Maricela fixed his mistakes. There was a mistake that she could not fix and she told me Ian would contact me that day. I had already left numerous messages for Ian and sent him 2 emails. He will not contact me back. The very first time I spoke to him he told me it was a bank issue and to take it up with them. I did and the bank confirmed it was a TOL issue and so I contacted Ian and he told me that he would talk with his supervisor and that the funds should be reversed no problem. I told him that if I needed to I would bring in a check so that I could have the $300.00 put back into my checking account and he said let me talk with my supervisor and I will get back to you today. Ever since then nothing back from Ian. That is when I wrote two emails to Geoff Yeager and nothing from him either. Just silence. That is where I have the issue with Gladys telling me that every time I have contacted you guys you get back to me. I have done so much business with you (TOL) and to be brushed off and treated with such disrespect.
