I was born in Redondo Beach, CA and moved to Colorado while in 6th grade. I lived next to the highest flat-top mountain in the United States with over 300 lakes. I moved back to California in the late 1980s and have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I could work anywhere, but because of the transparency in the way we, at Toyota of Lancaster, disclose everything up front, I would not consider working anywhere else. Honesty is the best policy.

It was okay, I had to wait more than 3 hours as they had to do a brake system update for a recall. Then after a few days, I realized that the hatchback won't open automatically, then there is a plate above to do a brake system update for a recall. Then after a few days, I realized that the hatchback won't open automatically, then there is a plate above the brake that is loose and they didn't catch that. My daughter almost had an accident due to the problem. More
