This was my third time that I have had my car serviced here and it turned out to be another excellent experience. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround for the service performed and Scott provide here and it turned out to be another excellent experience. This dealership was pretty average. Everything I have come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out wh come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out what would be best for us. He just said this is what I have. The most frustrating part (per expectation) was the negotiation of pricing. The price of the vehicle I was looking at was priced above the KBB excelent, but they do not negotiate on posted vehicle pricing. They do however play the game with trade-ins. Of course the used vehicle I was looking at was above KBB excelent while they offered me less than the KBB fair value (which is below even the good value) for my trade. I just about left at that point. I move up the trade value by $2,000 and said absolutly nothing less than this, and after discussions with the sales manager where he asked me if I thought profit was a dirty word, they accepted. What a joke! KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR TRADE-IN BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE!!!! I feel badly for anyone who gets a poor value from this dealership. I think I ended up with a decent deal after dealing with the BS, but I probably should have asked for more. More
