Needed service on my 2500 AT4 and Craig was great to work with. He answered all my questions, provided advice on what to do and the services I needed and then was there during the drop off and pick up. I h with. Crestview, FL GMC had my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks for a SCHEDULED appointment to checkout my NEW warrantied transmission. Customer service was terrible with no follow up call from Jermey. Requested Service SCHEDULED appointment to checkout my NEW warrantied transmission. Customer service was terrible with no follow up call from Jermey. Requested Service Manager to give me a call and also requested for a loaner vehicle, which wasn't provided. My vehicle sat in the GMC parking lot for nearly 2 weeks because they were supposedly behind with work. Why schedule an appointment!!! Service Manager stated that he would personally follow up with a phone call about my vehicle...he never called back! Why not call me the customer and provide options? Here's the kicker!!! Once my vehicle was driven, nothing was found mechanically wrong, and the fluid was a quart low in my NEW transmission AND the drip stick was broken. How is this even possible? So...2 weeks of having my vehicle for this observation. Something is seriously wrong with the customer service at this dealership and must be addressed soon. More
