TERRIBLE It took me 3 trips to get a window replaced. I called on September 13 and spok with Courtney who ordered my window and was cery profesaional. Had an a It took me 3 trips to get a window replaced. I called on September 13 and spok with Courtney who ordered my window and was cery profesaional. Had an appt the following day on Saturday September 14 with Amanda. Then was told by Amanda they wouldn’t be able to get me and and to come back on Momday and she would give me a loaner vehicle and put the window under my manufacturers warranty. That was a LIE. Then was told by the service manager Scott Fuller that I would have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by my insurance because they did not have a collision center. Scott quoted me $580.50. I left and went back the next day at 9 a.m. and they repaired the window quickly, however the bill was ove $600.00. When I told them what I was quoted by Scott Fuller they corrected the bill like I had a coupon. Nothing was handled professionally and I will NOT go back to that dealer. More
