I would never buy a truck from this place again. I test drove a truck which I noticed the ac didn't work. Upon return I informed them of this and said I would buy the truck if the ac worked. They assured m drove a truck which I noticed the ac didn't work. Upon return I informed them of this and said I would buy the truck if the ac worked. They assured me it worked, they said they just put a new condenser in it. They said they would charge the system and it should work. And it did for 3 days until all the freon leaked out. The compressor was bad. When I informed them I wanted it fixed they would not fix it. Just diagnose but I would have to cover the cost. Problem is I expressed concern about this issue that I wanted ac working 100% conditional of buying the truck. They didn't come through on their word. After buying the truck they set me up with a complimentary oil change 4 months after buying. That was today. I drove a half hour to dealership to drop it off for free oil change. When I arrived the service tech said " I was not scheduled for today and could not fit me in" they gave me an appt but never put me in the schedule, xxx? I gave 2 stars rather than one because after me getting angry explaining the issue they said they could squeeze me in. I will never buy from this dealership again. Liars, Unreliable and scammers. More
