Been dealing with them for 5 weeks. 4 of them waiting for them to fix vehicle i bought and Never took possession of. Twice they said it had to be taken to the ford dealership cause they 4 of them waiting for them to fix vehicle i bought and Never took possession of. Twice they said it had to be taken to the ford dealership cause they didnt know how to trouble-shoot and fix s ford. Into the 5th week they said something else was wrong with the 2013 F-150 and it would take 2 or 3 days for Ford to get part in then a few days for the Ford dealership to get to it. Thats when i said no more cancel my contract and please return my down payment. Management said, after trying to convince me it would only be a few days and the truck will be as good as a new truck, that i didnt need to sign anything even though truck funded, $8,800.00 cashed and first payment made. They did assure me the corporate office will process asap. It would take just 3 or 4 days to process at corporate then sent to Clay cooley hyundai of dallas. I chose to have the check delivered by courier to clay cooley hyundai of dallas which they said was an option. This started Friday afternoon the 25 of july. It is now Wednesday the 30th of july. After speaking to two different sales managers from two different local clay cooley dealerships i was told it is a family business and there is NOT a Corporate office and all i had to do was sign a contract cancellation form while they print out the check the same day at the clay cooley hyundai of dallas. This is not just one person but from the sales team to service department to sales managerS even finance. Everybody says its someone elses job. I left several messages Never received a call back or they left me on hold for 15 to 17 minutes before giving up on the clay cooley hyundai of dallas and hanging up. If i were buying what do you think the clay cooley hyundai of dallas would have done? Courtney Harris, my salesman was put in a difficult position having to take my calls and returning some calls while trying to sell on the sales floor with No support from his clay cooley hyundai of dallas sales managers. Here is a copy of other reviews. Wow! I have bought a car very recently from this dealership and the issues started to appear with the tires and they dont care to give a response rather asking me to keep wait from the past two days. I dont su and the issues started to appear with the tires and they dont care to give a response rather asking me to keep wait from the past two days. I dont suggest anyone to buy hyundai vehicle in the very first place if you care about your peace but if at all you decided to buy one then definitely claycooley is not the choice of dealership that you can go for. I wanted to get a used vehicle so I applied online through the website. After a couple of minutes, I did not get a call. So I called the number on the website and spoke with Elexus. She said that the through the website. After a couple of minutes, I did not get a call. So I called the number on the website and spoke with Elexus. She said that the call was monitored so she will call me back on her personal phone to get my information since they do not use the credit application online company anymore. After providing my information, she said she will call me back. After 15 minutes, she asked if I had any credit and needed a co-signer. I told her that I have purchased cars in the past and my credit report is not new. FYI, a few minutes later my TransUnion was pulled via notification from credit karma. She said that she was going to check back with her manager and call me back. I have not received a call back yet. This was a very poor customer service experience. More

Ive had problems at this dealership before, I am not sure why I went back. The sales process wasnt too terrible, However, this dealership does NOT know how to do run its finances. The first time I bought a c why I went back. The sales process wasnt too terrible, However, this dealership does NOT know how to do run its finances. The first time I bought a car there, the check they issued me bounced. I had to go back and have them issue me a new check and they said it was an "accounting error" that caused the check to bounce. This last time, they basically forgot to pay off my trade in and I had to call and "remind" them to pay it off. They couldnt explain why they hadnt already submitted it, but now my credit shows a 30 day past due on my trade in. Maybe I just had bad luck (twice) at that same location, but I definitely wont be going back there again. More
