I was asked by the salesman what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told him I wanted something better on gas, a large panoramic sunroof and luxury options like heated seats and steering wheel. He showed me my options and I selected a vehicle that had everything I wanted. My salesman told me I had 60 days to go through the vehicle and figure it everything was OK and if there was anything wrong to come back and they will fix it. I text him back a few days later and told him my ac and heated steering wheel were not working properly. He referred me to service. They took my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, never called when the parts arrived. I had to keep call them. They repaired my ac but said they will not fix my heated steering wheel because its not a safety issue. So basically I was sold a car based on my needs, the car was advertised to have all the features wanted, and now they won't repair it. Im very disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I would've either picked a different vehicle or gone elsewhere if I would have known this is how Napoli does business. More
