Awesome experience I actually came in for service on my Tucson and ended up leasing a Sante Fe. The personnel were very nice and helped me with all the paperwork. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and nice. I dealt with Tom Gemkov in financing and he was very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Willing to put forth the effort for customer satisfaction I was initially assisted in the purchase of my new Hyundai Kona (which I love) by a new salesperson, Tony Langendorfer. He has already learned much ab I was initially assisted in the purchase of my new Hyundai Kona (which I love) by a new salesperson, Tony Langendorfer. He has already learned much about the features of their vehicles and was very informative about options. He appeared to believe in and tout the dealer package offered at this dealership (i.e., special paint protection, added accessories to certain vehicles, etc.). I purchased my Kona with his assistance and was pleased with the vehicle and the price. Upon delivery of my vehicle, there were a couple of accessory items I was told to expect, which may have been more optional, and based upon price, than I was told. I returned to the dealership to obtain the accessories I wanted, and which I believed were included. The service staff was professional and responsive; and they said they would make sure a supervisor would meet with me to make sure everything was as it should be. Cote Mulligan, the General Sales Manager met with me and showed me the paperwork I signed (very quickly I might add, because I was so excited just to leave with my new car). The paperwork did not include delivery of some of the accessories I expected. I told Mr. Mulligan I wanted the accessories anyway, and that I would be willing to pay for them. He explained that because I negotiated a good price, those accessories were not supposed to be part of the package I would receive. He also explained that the accessories cost a significant amount. I told Mr. Mulligan that I was willing to pay for the accessories, but I was disappointed that I was led to believe I would receive something I was not going to receive. I also complained about the slow response to my inquiries about those accessories earlier in the week. Mr. Mulligan was concerned about my disappointment about feeling misled and about not receiving a more timely response. He generously gave me the accessories I wanted and did not charge me. I was VERY IMPRESSED by Cote Mulligan's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I will go there for my next Hyundai and recommend Jenkins Hyundai to anyone needing a new car. As a postscript, Tony called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and my car-buying experience. I attribute the confusion about my expectations to my excitement and wanting what I wanted, and to Tony's being new to the car trade and the dealership. He is new and he is learning. However, his heart is definitely in a good place (I am good at reading intention because I am a psychologist) and I know he wants to make the customer happy. I hope he continues to learn the business and I encourage anyone wanting a Hyundai to see Tony. I wish him success. More
