The finance person Charles Huxoll was very helpful as well. He assisted me by choosing the best service plan agreement which fit my needs. Also Hyundai dealship assisted me in getting my financed vehicle home. Thanks everyone at Hyundai for an amazing experience. More

Overall a good experience My appointment was one time. They arranged to have the car I wanted sent from Orlando. It was a bit confusing dealing with Jesse, Kyle and Tom and t My appointment was one time. They arranged to have the car I wanted sent from Orlando. It was a bit confusing dealing with Jesse, Kyle and Tom and then Sal - mainly I had to ask for clarification for several issues and one guy had to go get the other one. For instance I had questions for Sal about items on the invoice and he didn't know so he had to find Jesse. I thought that all should have been explained to me up front - some people may not take the time to understand what the document includes. But overall they were all helpful, professional and pleasant. The bottom line is that I did get the car I wanted and I am so grateful that Jenkins will be shipping my car to Seattle when I relocate in two or three months. (That was the confusion on the invoice - it showed a charge of $3800 to transport - when Jesse came in to Sal's office he told me that they were lowering the list price. ) I did tell Jesse that I would recommend full disclosing that information up front. This is my 4th Hyundai, so as you can see I am a loyal customer. I have recommended your dealership to friends and I would come to you again. Respectfully, Ernestine Ziacik More
