As a single mom buying a car for my son turning 16, I feel I was taken advantage of. I had enough cash IN HAND to buy the car outright. I was told by Cory that I could get closer to the "deal" I wanted O feel I was taken advantage of. I had enough cash IN HAND to buy the car outright. I was told by Cory that I could get closer to the "deal" I wanted ONLY if I financed with them. I agreed with the understanding by both parties that I would be paying it off immediately (stupid process). The day I was given the information, I called Ally bank to pay it off in full, got the correct "buyout" and paid it off on the phone- or so I thought. Two weeks later the money was still in my account. After calling Ally back I was told that my payoff transaction was set for a month AFTER I called therefore I owed more than 200 dollars in interest again. Absolutely scamming me. I called Cory to see if he could help make it right by even JUST a few free oil changes and I was ignored. Even after conveying I felt like they took advantage of me because I was a woman. I would be happy to take this review down if any of those men who I worked with want to step up and provide some decent customer service. Shame on you for taking advantage of a single mom and only caring about making money on the back end. More
