As a single mom buying a car for my son turning 16, I feel I was taken advantage of. I had enough cash IN HAND to buy the car outright. I was told by Cory that I could get closer to the "deal" I wanted O feel I was taken advantage of. I had enough cash IN HAND to buy the car outright. I was told by Cory that I could get closer to the "deal" I wanted ONLY if I financed with them. I agreed with the understanding by both parties that I would be paying it off immediately (stupid process). The day I was given the information, I called Ally bank to pay it off in full, got the correct "buyout" and paid it off on the phone- or so I thought. Two weeks later the money was still in my account. After calling Ally back I was told that my payoff transaction was set for a month AFTER I called therefore I owed more than 200 dollars in interest again. Absolutely scamming me. I called Cory to see if he could help make it right by even JUST a few free oil changes and I was ignored. Even after conveying I felt like they took advantage of me because I was a woman. I would be happy to take this review down if any of those men who I worked with want to step up and provide some decent customer service. Shame on you for taking advantage of a single mom and only caring about making money on the back end. More

Alex is very knowledgeable about his field of work, He knew quite literally everything detail about the explorer that i was buying. I mean even from the second he came up to me at the lot, He knew right away that i was looking at a 2015 xlt trim 3.5L V.6 And once we received the Vehicle, it was even more in detail from Alex. Our Test drive was maybe 5 minutes, but in that timeframe i was provided with every piece of information on the car from Air condition to electronics, Special Features, Different driving modes and what each does, and even something as little as how to move the 2nd and 3rd row seating. i’m impressed with Alex and i simply can not thank him enough.
