I bought my first Jeep Wrangler from Corey and he was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and helpful through the whole process. He answered all of my questions that I threw at him and if he was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and helpful through the whole process. He called me and texted me right away and his communication was great. I will 100% be coming back for my next car and will for sure ask for Corey! More

Whatever you do, if you ever purchase a vehicle from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills, DO NOT deal with Cory Morris. He is the absolute worst car sales person I have ever dealt with. Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills, DO NOT deal with Cory Morris. He is the absolute worst car sales person I have ever dealt with. I am in a bind and he (and the dealership overall) has been no help. They messed up my title by not listing my lender as the lienholder. I had my husband take the title back to them to fix (HUGE MISTAKE), letting them know that my lender had increased my interest rate until they recieved a copy of the corrected title. My lender said that all they need is proof that the dealership sent the title back to the state to be fixed and they would reinstate my original interest rate. They told me that as soon as the dealership submitted the title to the state, they should have received an Application of Title back from the state, which would suffice as proof that the title is being corrected. I cannot tell you how many times I have called there and been put into voicemail with NO CALL BACK from Cory or anyone from the dealership. I went up there and was told by Rob Love to call him the next day and he would get me squared away. I called, spoke with Rob and he promised to have Cory call me "in a few minutes." Well, Cory NEVER called (big surprise there). I called the day after that and demaned to speak with him. He finally took the call and was VERY, VERY RUDE. He talked over me, would not even let me speak and basically made it seem like this whole situation was "my problem." He begrudgingly promised to email me proof THAT DAY. Well, as you can imagine, I have not ever heard back from him since and this situation still as not been fixed. As of today, my interest rate for my new Jeep has been increased to 25%. My note went from $605 to nearly $950. I was told by my lender that they will give me a 10 day grace period (beyond my due date of the 15th) to try and get this resolved. I have not paid the note in hopes that somehow, the corrected title will show up, and they will restore my original interest rate and I can keep the rest of my hard earned money. I logged into my account a few minutes ago and nearly fainted when I saw my current balance due by May at over $2,000. All this for a mistake that the dealership has made. The only "proof" they have given me to provide to my lender is an email from Haley Paul that my husband had to go to the dealership TWICE to finally get something in writing, that reads," I just want to make it aware that Suburban CDJR of Farmington Hills is attempting to correct the lien for the referenced vehicle. We were just made aware earlier this afternoon (April 2, 2024), and I am sending in the paperwork to have this corrected ASAP. I will provide proof of lien once it comes back corrected. Thank you, Haley Paul." We have not heard a peep from them since. I am going to have to pay this to avoid this affecting my credit. I am beyond disappointed with this entire dealership, from Cory, to Rob, to the Receptionist who kep sending me to voicemail. I wish I could have seen this in advance and taken my money to another dealership with better customer service and better sales people. Cory is a DISGRACE to that dealership. The fact that they employ someone that unprofessional tells me everything I need to know. BUYER BEWARE. They will happily take your money, but they will leave you hanging afterwards if something that was THEIR MISTAKE goes wrong. More
