I have been dealing with Audi Atlanta for approximately a decade. There is actually a dealership half the distance from my house, but I always deal with Audi Atlanta because the overall experience as a custo decade. I dealt with the same salesperson there for years and he is now gone. I specifically asked for the best person there to work with and I was given the name Cortlin Howard. When I first spoke with her she was actually off work and took time out of her day to get preliminary information. She was at her desk before the finance managers were there the next day working on a deal for me. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honestly was a joy to deal with. I've already told her that she's stuck with me as a customer as long as she is there. More

We purchased a 2015 convertible from this dealership in Sept. Two days after purchase we heard a sloshing sound in the rear of the car. The dealership had to go get the car from a warehouse when we went Sept. Two days after purchase we heard a sloshing sound in the rear of the car. The dealership had to go get the car from a warehouse when we went to test drive. Hard to believe they did not know about this issue before selling. Turns out its a known issue and there is a fix. We repaired the issue. After a month we had not received our tags or the spare key we were promised and was part of the contract. I could not get any response from calling so I went to dealership. They said the county lost the tags and I would have to take it up with them. Great service. Spent and hour and a half at the tag office getting tags. Two days ago the check engine light came on. Needed O2 sensors. Mechanic said we could reset the computer and it might go off for a month or show up again in 2 days. With all the other deception it's hard to believe dealership didn't know about this issue too. Another $1200 bill for that repair. Dealership is still unresponsive to these issues which I understand are my problem regardless of whether the dealership was aware of them and just tried to pawn them off on someone else but at the very least can I get the key you promised? More
